| The Wendigo Lodge, Golf and Conference Center is a year round recreational getaway and also the perfect choice for meeting and conference planners. Wendigo is the newest facility of its type in the Grand Rapids area. Immersed in the natural beauty of Nothern Minnesota, Wendigo offers warm sophisticated accommodations in a modern log-cabin style lodge. Guests enjoy the convenience of in-room coffeemaker-microwave-and refrigerator as well as high speed Internet access, and complementary continental breakfast. Some rooms have Jacuzzis. Two-room suites feature a private patio or balcony, a completely equipped full size kitchen, a living room area with a fireplace, over-stuffed chairs, queen sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with two queen beds. Resort facilities include a premier 18-hole Joel Goldstrand golf course-miles of groomed cross country ski trails-location on the "Driftskippers" Snowmobile Trail-an indoor pool-whirlpool-and sauna. Conference facilities are available for up to 500 people. Both casual and fine dining are available at Fairways Restaurant.
